“Attica Automation announces our new line of belt driven inspection systems: The AV-B100 fastener inspection machine.  With its newly designed feeding and vision systems, this model has brought more options to quality groups for the fastener industry as well as many other industries.  These systems has also been designed to incorporate Eddy current systems, laser sensors, and many other sub-systems to inspect for virtually any defect.”

We have worked with some of our customers to get a feel for where improvements are needed on this system.  With that information, we have added some new features to the AV-B100-G2 to come up with an even more powerful inspection system.  Some of the updates on the G3 are:

• Servo driven adjustments and automation
• De-mag option
• Covered Magnetic wheel and rail system
• Larger 14″ magnetic wheel
• Additional space in inspection area to add more cameras to inspect custom fasteners
